A cache in the church area at Loerie...BYOP... PLEASE REPLACE THE CACHE EXACTLY AS YOU HAVE FOUND IT.
The little town of Loerie - probably named after the prominence of the rather elusive Knysna Loerie in the Baviaanskloof and surrounding area. The Loerie reveals itself only when absolutely necessary. Loerie is one of three towns in the Gamtoos River Valley that serves as something of a gateway to the Baviaanskloof and is probably best known for its annual Naartjie festival during September where naartjies are the main attraction.
