The source of this message was at first believed to be of Klingon origin, someplace in the Beta Quadrant. However, it was subjected to multipath temporal distortion in passing through the G'marca Nebula.
This makes the true origin in time and space very uncertain. It could have originated somewhere and somewhen else. Moreover, nonlinear reflection from the plasma sheath within the nebula means that this message is possibly a heterodyne product from separate frequencies of completely different origins.
It is also unknown whether it is a code, cipher, So'mu' or whatever. It is released here in the hope that one of the adepts known to frequent this thread can uncover its meaning. Researching the source would be a logical place to start.
