Yet another one. Is there no end to it? This used to be a Traditional cache, 'Keep it Under Your Hut' , but that eventually fell to muggle predation. Twice. Those little Systema boxes are just too attractive. They won't steal this one. Well, not without a TEK driver... Find the hidden terminals, apply your trusty 9 volter and the cache will deliver with a bang!
If your battery is more than a bit flat there could be a substantial pause between application and 'bang,' (The battery has to charge up a 1000 MFD capacitor to 30 volts before it dumps that voltage across the release solenoid). If it takes more than a couple hours, I'd give up!
ADENDUM: It seems that some finders are still having trouble with this cache not unlocking. So try this: Check under the notice board for the bottom of the actual cache holder, and while applying the battey, give it a little tickle!
