Either approach this by Parking at the moto services at Junc 10 of M42, and taking the 5 minute stroll up the lane. The Lane appears to be no longer accessible to private vehicles, and the gate at the top is locked. It is a tarmaced Lane, so would be stroller friendly. note parking restrictions you have to pay after 2 hours, wouldn't want anyone to receive a penalty notice.
