Geocache Description:

UPDATE: unfortunately some vandals have hidden some trash inside the tree which is blocking the cache, it's definitely there and I'm not strict with my caches so if you don't want to get your hands dirty, you are welcome to log it as found if you take a photo at GZ.

**Recommended for tourists**

I'm gonna make a pretty bold statement here but I think I just found THE prettiest place in the Yarkon.

Cache is a nano please BYOP or photolog. 

 


Bring a picnic basket, a bottle of wine and a date 
because I'm not bringing you here just to look for a box.


My goal when hiding caches is to take you somewhere that will make you say "Wow" and hopefully show you a place that's special or new to you. I truly hope I achieved it on this one so please let me know in the logs below.

I found this part of the lake by accident (again, getting lost while caching) and I'm so glad it happened.

I also noticed that the Yarkon in general is best done on weekdays after work as it is pretty quiet which allows for more comfortable caching.

What I found so special about GZ is that for a brief moment, you completely lose sight of the fact that you're still somewhere in the middle of the big city.

I'd love to see your photos of the area at sunset, feel free to add to your log. It's really serene here and an awesome spot to chill after a hard day's work.



Back to reality: as mentioned above, we're still in the city so inevitably, there will always be a muggle or 2 not so far away. Due to this, I'm going to make this next bit easy for you so hopefully you can spend more of your time enjoying the area. instead of wasting an hour waiting for the right moment to strike.
