Enjoy this quiet little jem far off the beaten path. Be sure to visit the resting place of the first white settlers to Alley Bay-- Captain John Alley and his wife Tryphena Alley. For a lovely view and summer swim, follow Backfield Rd. to its end at a lovely sand beach. (Don't go home with out trying some of the local seafood!)
