Big Bang Obsession - Cache 2 of 14 - Leonard Traditional Cache

This series of 14 geocaches is dedicated to my favorite television comedy show - The Big Bang Theory. Created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, the series premiered on CBS in September of 2007. At the time of the construction of these geocaches, the series has just wrapped up it's 10th season and has all ready been renewed for two more! I am still hopeful that it will be picked up for an additional two years after that, so I decided to do a series of 14 caches bringing the 14 favorite characters to the forefront.

Our second character that we are going to look at is Leonard Hofstadter played by Johnny Galecky.  Incidentally, Johnny is one of three actors on this show that originated from the hit show, Rosannne.

Leonard seems to be the character with the most on the ball. With an IQ of 173, Leonard also works at the California Institute of Technology as an Experimental Physicist, with a doctorate of his own. Leonard and Sheldon are best friends (and roommates until some part in the ninth season), even though Sheldon often rubs Leonard's IQ in his face by saying such things as he has scoffed at Leonard's whiteboard theories as common enough to be "scribbled on the wall of every men's room at MIT". Leonard also tries to keep all of Sheldon's craziness at a minimum when Sheldon interacts with the rest of the crew.

Leonard fell head over heals for a woman who moved across the hall from them, named Penny. From day one, he said "That they would make beautiful babies together". His interest in Penny was forever in the foreground. Even through their on again-off again romance throughout the years until on the ninth Season Premiere, Leonard and Penny got married! That show aired on Monday, September 21st, 2015.

Leonard, after all of these years, what's with those geeky glasses??
