bearpack8: The ground wasp nest is still there and they were very active when I checked on it today. With the flooding of the lakes and roadways, travel may not be safe so I am archiving the cache.

Geocache Description:

Ask a long time area resident about Gaukel's Resort of Fish Lake. You'll hear all the resort had offered: camping, fishing, boating, and returning friends each summer. Today, the resort is known as Lussier County Park and still offers fishing and picnicing. 

This cache is dedicated to good friends and great times around the campfire.
