Geocache Description:

The co-ordinates should take you to the Great South Road entrance to Kirks Bush where we will meet at 9.00 am Sunday 24 September 2017.

We are learning about Geocaching in our Girl Guide unit and our leader suggested this might be a good event for us to hold and attend.  We are excited as this will be the first event we host.

Kirks Bush is a beautiful piece of native bush here in Papakura, with some nice little walking tracks and the odd boardwalk also.  A few of us know there are some geocaches hidden in here too [;)]

We have set up this up after contacting the Manukau Beautification Charitable Trust.  They are supplying the mud and gloves.

We are to paint the graffitied tree trunks with mud.  Please wear oldish clothes and suitable footwear.

We are to send them a report about our efforts afterwards along with some pictures too.

We would be really happy to have some geocachers attend our event as we could talk with you about some of y our adventures when you have been out Geocaching.
