arenjc: This cache is clearly not at the co-ordinates. Because the location isn't particularly noteworthy (there is nothing there and is awkward to access), I think that this area does not need this geocache. In a year of its existence, only six dedicated geocachers have found this awkward to access this cache, further evidence that it is not a great cache and/or not a great location. Apologies to those who have searched for this cache but to no avail.
