Gimme Hope, Rayyana Traditional Cache

A cache placed close to home for me, just outside the Al Rayyana complex. I've noticed a few Abu Dhabi cachers are trying to complete their geocaching calendar or keep a streak going - both mean feats here in the desert. So here is another cache to help those who need it to meet their targets!

The gated Al Rayyana community consists of 33 low-to-mid rise contemporary residential apartment buildings. Each cluster of apartments is designed around 5 main central courtyards, acting as a focal point for the resident’s entry lobbies. These courtyards host the visitor car parking bays, the children’s playgrounds, recreational spaces and landscaping.

At the centre of Al Rayyana is the community centre, complete with a pool, gym, mosque, and a few handy shops. Recently a restaurant has even opened in the complex.

This cache is placed just outside Al Rayyana, across the road, behind the trees, in a little hidden away spot of land. The cache is a round plastic pill container.
