El lugar es totalmente público y abierto a todo el mundo. Incluso sin ser peregrino, este lugar puede ser visitado por cualquier persona que quiera descubrir la esencia del camino de Santiago. Atención, los propietarios son conocedores de la existencia de este geocaching y serán muy abiertos a ayudarte y a hablar sobre este hobby. No dudes en compartir tu experiencia del lugar!
ENG: Cache placed in one of the most popular and special places of stop for all those pilgrims who walk along the Camino del Norte. The place is totally public and open for everyone. If you aren't a pilgrim, this place can be visited by anyone who wants to discover the essence of the Camino de Santiago. ESP: BIENVENIDO A LA CABAÑA DEL ABUELO PEUTO!
El año 1999 llega al Albergue el PRIMER PEREGRINO DEL CAMINO DE SANTIAGO. En ese momento el albergue se abre también a los peregrinos y entendemos que es el acontecimiento más importante en toda la trayectoria del Albergue. Es el encuentro de dos caminos: los peregrinos a Santiago y toda la gente que recorre otro camino, no a Santiago, sino al encuentro solidario con los que nos encontramos en el camino de la vida. El Albergue recibe y se beneficia de la gran riqueza que portan los peregrinos; y el peregrino se beneficia del albergue y su amplia y generosa filosofía.
A partir de ese momento surgen y se potencian esos dos caminos: las actividades propias del Camino de Santiago y, por otro lado, los diferentes grupos que utilizan el Albergue: grupos, cursillos, colegios, encuentros múltiples, convivencias… Siempre buscando crear lazos de solidaridad.
En el Albergue existen dos propiedades: la casa familiar pertenece a la familia Bustio-Crespo que lo ha cedido para las actividades que se realizan en tanto vivan los miembros familiares directos; y las nuevas instalaciones que pertenecen a una sociedad colectiva donde toda aquella persona que haya aportado dinero, trabajo o ideas, automáticamente se convierte en copropietario. Sin embargo nadie tiene tendrá jamás acceso alguno a dinero, sino que es una propiedad transferido moralmente al Tercer Mundo. De modo que, si el día en que falte Ernesto y las personas de su generación (todas ellas ya mayores) si no hay un relevo generacional, habría que vender o alquilar las instalaciones y todo lo que rente iría destinado al Tercer Mundo.
Por lo demás el Albergue no goza de subvención alguna. Se mantiene con el voluntariado y la aportación libre que da cada persona que utiliza el Albergue.

The year 1999 arrives at the albergue THE FIRST PILGRIM OF THE CAMINO DE SANTIAGO. At that moment the hostel also opens to the pilgrims and we understand that it is the most important event in the whole trajectory of the albergue. It is the encounter of two paths: the pilgrims to Santiago and all the people that cross another road, not to Santiago, but to the solidarity meeting with those who are in the way of life. The Hostel receives and benefits from the great wealth that the pilgrims carry; and the pilgrim benefits from the hostel and its generous and generous philosophy.
From that moment on, these two paths emerge and are strengthened: the activities of the Camino de Santiago and, on the other hand, the different groups that use the Albergue: groups, courses, schools, multiple meetings, coexistence ... Always looking for solidarity.
In the Lodge there are two properties: the family home belongs to the Bustio-Crespo family who has given it to the activities that are carried out as long as the direct family members live; and new facilities belonging to a collective society where every person who has contributed money, work or ideas, automatically becomes co-owner. No one, however, will ever have any access to money, but is a morally transferred property to the Third World. So if, on the day of Ernesto's absence and the people of his generation (all of them older), if there is no generational change, it would be necessary to sell or rent the facilities and everything that would go to the Third World.
Otherwise the Hostel does not receive any subsidy. It is maintained by volunteering and the free contribution given by each person who uses the Hostel.
