Geocache Description:

This is one of our favorite places to visit. See the cows, and learn all their names. Visit with the sheep and goats. In October, there are new calves to pet, and pigs and sheep and goats and chickens to visit with. And there are always cats and kittens in the barn.

The coordinates will take you to the parking lot of our favorite Uwchlan Township dairy farm... sadly because it's the last remaining Uwchlan Township dairy farm. Come visit and spend time with the animals, bring the kids, and enjoy the farm on a warm spring, summer or fall day.

To find the cache, you'll need to massage the coordinates a little. People might call me unlucky, but you'll need to adjust the latitude by my lucky number, .0xx. Adjust the longitude by the first digits of most caches around here, .0yy. Add? Subtract? You'll figure it out easily... or you can ask the troll!

Or you can follow the Letterbox instructions:

"In a little corner of our world sits a farm named after the galaxy we live in. Turn in off a route that equals 5 and head down the lane. Turn left into the parking lot and find a spot to park.

"Look around and find the place where a troll might hide. Go to the end closest to the creamery and find what you seek. There are picnic tables close by to sit and stamp.

"This is a working farm, take a walk around and visit the cows, goats, pigs, ducks. Stop by the creamery for some "moolicious" homemade ice cream using the milk from the farm's very own cows. If you visit in the fall go for a hayride to the pumpkin patch and bring home a treat.

"You can always find what you seek, but not all things will be open depending on the season you visit.

"This is a very busy place at certain times of the year, more than 12,000 people visit during the pumpkin season, please be careful and re-hide well.

"Thanks to the owners for allowing me to place this letterbox.

"Open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm-9pm starting after Labor Day. Open weekends in October from 10am-5pm. Open every day but Monday in the summer."

Please visit only during business hours, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, plus weekends in October, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. And PLEASE take good care of the Letterbox contents!  This is the letterboxer's first box and first hand-carved stamp. Please do whatever you can to protect the her "investment" in her Letterbox, and her faith in Geocachers.

Terrain is accurate, but Difficulty accounts for the "muggle factor." Muggles are often crawling all over the farm; please don't let them see you remove or replace the container. If you suspect they did, contact me immediately to verify the status of the letterbox/cache. Don't worry about contacting me - no blame!

If you pick up Travel Bugs or Geocoins from the cache, be sure to log them and move them along. Trade SWAG *only* from the SWAG bag; the Astro Cow stamp is NOT SWAG.

Sign the log, bring your own stamp if you're a letterboxer, and be certain to leave Minicooper's Astro Cow stamp in the Letterbox bag in cache when you're done.

Thank you!

Special thanks to Minicooper, who placed this, her first Letterbox in this location back in September of 2008. Visit her Letterbox, Astro Cow.

FTF will find an unregistered Travel Bus (not a typo!). Enjoy!
