When I was younger, both my parents worked for another city. They called the Chesapeake City Hall, "The Taj Mahal." It was viewed as too ornate and a waste of money. Personally, I think given the bad architechture of that mermaid City Hall, it was probably professional jealousy. And now years later, I too work for that same other City...and the employees still refer to the Taj Mahal. In fact, over the years, I have encountered many people who know right where you mean when you say the phrase whether they work for a neighboring city or just live in Chesapeake.
Turns out though the grounds around the Taj Mahal have a lot of things going for it. More than just the City offices, there are memorials and services for the community. This wherigo will explore some of those areas. Much of the area is park like, and there is an full fledged park arcoss the street...next to the jail. So please treat this like a park and cache only during daylight hours.
