Geocache Description:

Im Jahr 2018 wird die OÖ Landesausstellung den Limes, die ehemalige Nordgrenze des römischen Reiches, thematisieren.

Es wurden dazu zwischen Passau und Grein 20 Römer-Rastplätze an der Donau errichtet. Einer davon in Alkoven. Dieser wurde am 7.7.2017 um 17.07 Uhr feierlich eröffnet.
