This one is placed in the Janetville Red light district.

You may need to use stealth for this one. There is a ball park nearby and a small fire department there as well. This should be a quick grab.

There is a park next door to the fire department so please don't park in the fire department lot as there is lots of parking in the park or at the store across the road.

You're looking for a small bison tube.
