Iron Phoenix and I were enjoying our country road driving adventure when we stopped to let a lady drive by. She had just let her German Shepherd dog out and she drove away so the dog would run after her. As a dog lover, I truly hate that people put their dogs at risk this way. If you are not close enough to react to a situation with your dog, your dog is at risk.
