Geocache Description:

Rockwood Manor Park has a trail that runs south along a stream valley all the way to MacArthur Boulevard.  This cache is in the second section, south of Belfast Road.  You can park along Belfast Road at the stream crossing.  The trail is just east of the stream. Parking at the lower end of Rockwood Manor is pleasant and short walk south to Belfast Road.  For maximum speed, for this cache, you could use the access from Laurel Leaf Drive.

This is the second cache along the Rockwood Trail south of Belfast Road. We followed the same route as last time and found a spot for this Teddy Bear themed cache 1/10 of a mile downstream from the first.  Again we enjoyed climbing over and under the large trees that have fallen across the trail.  My grandchildren, now 5 and 7 wondered if anyone had found the first cache and were delighted to see the log entries.  We went on, crossing a small stream, and found a place for Teddy Bear's House that will not be in danger of being flooded out as Houston was last week.  They fetched rocks to complete the house to their exacting standards.  (Using childhood flexiblilty to the max, one or the other would cry out in alarm. "I can still see into Teddy's house!" and more material would be added.)

Congratulations to Snerdwing for the First to Find on a very rainy day..
