You know those tree climbs that are placed 60 ft up and you need a ladder to get to the first branch? This isn't one of them. In fact, those of you who don't climb trees, or maybe the 6 year old in your group might be able to handle this one! Just please be careful...nobody needs to get hurt while caching.
This Cache is placed in beautiful Rockwood Conservation Area, home of Potholes, limestone cliffs, water, and the annual Golden Horseshoe Area Geocacher's Annual Family Picnic! 2017 is the 16th consecutive year holding this event, and it is Canada's 150th birthday, so we have combined the two celebrations!
Users should abide by the park rules. The main gate to the park is waypointed. There is a fee to enter the park. The closest parking to the cache would be by the pavillion. Check their website athttp://www.grandriver.ca/parks/Rockwood.cfm
