The cache is not at the listed coordinates. But numbers to the left of the decimal points are correct. Cache placed with permission of local establishment.
Recently, I was trying (unsuccessfully) to solve a puzzle cache. I fruitlessly tried various methods to unravel, but everything produced gibberish, or coordinates in the middle of an ocean. Of course, looking at logs, many others had been able to solve with casual ease, the solution was said to be apparent to any small child. Finally, I found what seemed like a promising methodology, but it also soon collapsed into a nonsensical result.
Now I became frustrated and angry. That technique should have worked. Since I could not find the cache (did I mention that already?), I decided to commence with the only logical next step: inflict my solution on others. I resolved to find out whether those that breezed through the other cache could solve mine just as easily (never mind that the vexing cache is in another state).
So here it is. And because I am feeling generous, you only have to solve for the six digits to the right of the decimal. Though it seems likely to be solved with a mere cursory glance, I am also attaching a Geochecker for any like myself that may like confirmation before searching Ground Zero in a large body of water. Good thing I’m not bitter.

Congratulations to tailhook3 on FTF! I still have not found the other one, not that it bothers me.
