Kitty Cat Cache #2 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

NinjaRock: Well, I've been threatening it for a while, but it's time for this one to come down. Development in the area might have settled for the moment, so perhaps another cache will find its way nearby.

Geocache Description:

This is the eightth of ten caches we're placing to celebrate 1000 finds, although we've been pretty slow about it. It's a small, bright lock and lock that's hidden but not camouflaged. Our feline overlords should be admired, not hard to find. :)

This is Morgana:

She’s a rescue cat who spent a few months in the shelter system before we happened across her when my oldest daughter was looking for a cat to bring home, having decided that’s what she wanted for her upcoming birthday. Before the shelter, Morgana spent a winter outside, fed by a neighbour after being abandoned. Somehow, she still wound up pretty round even while she lost the tips of her ears to frostbite. We’ve put her on a lower calorie diet and try to get her some exercise. Believe it or not, she’s actually slimmed down a bit. Hates being picked up, but loves being held.

And she’s very noisy if you’re not quick enough with her dinner.

A few months more than two years living with us when this cache was placed, making her around 7.

Note: this cache is located a short walk (or ride) down an ATV trail accessible from Kimmett Side Road.

Congratulations to Staygold678 on the FTF! And for the (possibly) unintentional reminder that we forgot to provide coordinates for the trail head.
