Geocache Description:

Large camoed tote loaded with duck and dinosaurs swag! FTF gets a 1935 $5 silver certificate, STF gets a Presidential dollar, and TTF gets $1. Good luck!

Once upon a time dinosaurs roamed the Earth! Probably in this same area we tread today! Ducks were also prevalent here as the Trinity is nearby and this entire area was once a series of ponds according to Google map view (not satellite view). There is still a small pond here and the Cooks Branch of the Trinity River is on the other side of GZ, but this pond is drying up as well. I jumped a deer here while placing and actually heard some ducks on the pond next door but no dinosaurs, lol! This is a nice trek from the John F. Burke Nature Preserve but well worth the journey as it is beautiful here! Be careful as there are plenty of thorns at GZ! Have fun!
