When you cross North Ash Road follow the road "Punch Croft 39-77" rather than the path. Otherwise, although you will find the cache, you will be on the wrong side of a fence to continue to the next cache. This neighbourhood of New Ash Green is unique in having these proteced play areas separated from the roads.
Punch Croft was originally the name of the field on which these houses were built.
