This cache is placed near the public parking area at the Gooseneck Lake Boat Launch via Boat Launch Road. Gooseneck Lake, which is over 5 km long, is home to a number of seasonal and permanent residents, primarily located along the south shore. The lake has a resemblance to a flying goose, with the head to the west, the body at the boat launch area, and the legs to the east.
The cache is a short bush-whack from the boat launch upper parking lot, and you are looking for a medium sized cache. This cache is winter friendly, although the road and parking area are not plowed in the winter. In the winter, you will have to walk in from Hwy 520. This should be an easy find and please place back and latch as found. Cache contains a pen and some trinkets.
Once you find the cache, please walk down to the lake and enjoy the Gooseneck Lake view
