Another Buc-ee's special..
The Gnossiennes is a collection of piano pieces by Eric Satie (1866-1925). Each piece has its reflective, almost melancholy, quality about it. The word gnossienne means nothing. Satie just made the word up, but now they mean these pieces of music. Be very stealthy for this one.
