Geocache Description:

Come help clean up a Central Minnesota Gem!

Our mission is to go out around the public use areas and pick up trash we find.  Bags will be provided, but please remember to bring gloves, mosquito spray and to prepare for the possibility of ticks!  Event will be from 2-4 so come and go as you are able!

Coordinates bring you to first stage in Call of the Wildflowers cache which will only be available through the end of October. We will meet at these coordinates at the beginning and the end!Additional information to help with tick prevention: During snow free periods of the year, we stress using at least two of the following protective equipment or protection methods. • Tick gaiters • Light colored clothing (to aid in tick visibility) • Pants tucked into socks or boots or use another physical barrier, such as tape, at the wrists and ankles to prevent ticks from reaching the skin. • Repellents containing between 23-30% DEET (applied to skin) or .5% Permethrin (applied to clothing).
