Cache is accessible from north bound AND south bound traffic, as both ways share a Rest Area here. I found this area devoid of caches on a road trip, I had stopped here for other reasons, and decided to put one out. There are some nice planters on the other end that would make great cache locations, and they'refar enough from this one. Maybe someone will put one there for me to find next time I visit.
