Geocache Description:

As avid geocachers, we constantly think and talk about geocaching. It creeps into our daily conversations and sometimes even our dreams. However, these dreams are clearer and easier to remember than your normal dreams, almost like visions. We’re now going to take the opportunity to describe some of these ‘visions’ to you.

Toby, who lives more Northerly than Joel, recounts finding strange caches in water fountains in Slovenia.

Geocaching down the River Amstel in the Netherlands is one of Toby’s favourite visions.

One of the more absurd visions was finding a multi cache at the base of the Matterhorn in Switzerland; everyone knows there isn’t a multi there!

He also recalls being confronted by muggles in Israel whilst stuck halfway up a tree.

Another strange one was encountering a cache next to the Eiffel Tower but also simultaneously next to The Little Mermaid; a mixture of France and Denmark!?

That’s actually quite similar to the time Toby dreamt about attending an event in an Irish pub in Austria!

There was also a dream (maybe a nightmare to some) of doing a power trail along a motorway in Italy, and then being teleported to another one in Ukraine!

The last dream Toby can remember was finding our very own First Past the Post here in the UK, a challenge that remains just that for so many people!

Now onto Joel, who hails from a more Easterly town than Toby.

He once envisioned finding a micro in a duduk, an Armenian woodwind instrument.

One dream contained finding PALECHORI 2, one of the loneliest caches in Cyprus.

Another contained taking a picture with Dumbo, flying along a beach in Estonia.

A more dangerous dream included Joel retrieving a cache perched on top of a bull’s horn in Spain, although he says all the pain was worth it.

How have we not yet mentioned the vision where Joel jumped out of a plane over Germany just because he spotted a geocache on top of Brandenburg Gate?

Quite a contrast to the one where he found a bison tube in Malta; not all of them are interesting!

Finding a traditional at Baku Crystal Hall in Azerbaijan may be one of his favourites.

And finally, Joel recounts a vision that included helping a Norwegian violinist write a song in Luxembourg in exchange for a clue on a mystery cache; the lengths people go to!

And that concludes all the visions we’ve had about geocaching. If you have had any so-called visions of geocaching, take the chance to describe them in the log. If not, don’t worry about it! Just like our visions, that may change come May!

Like most mystery caches, the cache is not at the posted coordinates and is instead for the Weavers' Way car park. We decided to create a mystery cache about something close to our hearts and we hope you enjoy solving this puzzle. Happy caching!
