Asunden is a military training area since 1939. The entire island, except for the small nature reserve along the east coast, is closed for all visitors. The only way to get there without trespassing is the way I did, by boat.
The northern limit of the nature reserve is N 57° 42.600 and the southern limit is N 57° 42.360. There is no good place for anchoring along that coast.
The cache is a black 35 mm film canister with gray lid. From the start, it contains a logsheet, two pencils and two trilobites which I found close to this cache on Fårö.
