Geocache Description:

Sept 23 thru Oct 1 is Cache In Trash Out Week, a time to get out and take care of Planet Earth by planting Trees, removing invasive species, or simply tidying up the neighborhood.

Join in and earn the 2017 CITO souvenir by attending a CITO event during the week.

This event takes place the day after Washington State Parks celebrate National Public Lands day by offering a Free State Park day on 09/30/2017.

Friends of Sacajawea has asked us to help the state park clean up after the Free State Park day on Sunday Oct 1st from 1pm to 5 pm. Of course we can't make you stay that long but any help will be a  appreciated. We will be doing a range of work from storing items for the winter, placing barriers to keep Park secured, and of course picking up what ever needs pick up after a big party! 🤡

You won't need a Discovery Pass because you will be doing the CITO.

Bring some water, a snack, if you need one, gloves and what ever pick up trash device you may use.
