Great River Walk Multi-cache

A multi that will take you along the Daugava River through the very heart of Vitebsk.

As caching is relatively new in Belarus, and the local police would not look kindly upon caches hidden in very public spaces, this trip will take you past several very high-profile spots, and then to a more secluded location where it is safe to hide and seek a cache.  Enjoy the view, and the historical spots along the way.

Your starting point is a very prominent monument in the center of town.

At night, this monument is lit up by floodlights that are recessed in the ground around it.  Count how many floodlights there are around the monument.  This number = X.
