On the third Sunday in September each year the two best Gaelic Football teams in the country clash in the All-Ireland Football Final in Croke Park, Dublin, before a crowd of over 82,000 people. Tickets are like gold dust and many fans  will pay multiple times the face value of a ticket to see their team play.

This year the mighty blues of Dublin take on the green and red of Mayo. Dublin have won the final 26 times (still significantly less than their greatest rivals Kerry, who have 37 titles) and Mayo are looking for only their 4^th win, although they have the unfortunate distinction of being on the losing side in eight finals since their last victory in 1951.

Whoever wins, the occasion will be spectacular- the colour, the roar of the crowd and the pulsating action will be a fitting climax to the GAA season. May the best team win.
