After the success of our initial Geocache series we have launched our second series, completing our caches at Lochore Meadows Country Park.
This series is an introduction to the Senior Leadership Team within P Division (Fife), Police Scotland. The Meadows is policed by the local Cowdenbeath Community Team whom the first series are based on.
As well as seeking out the geocaches you can also enjoy the free use of the Country Park and all it has to offer. No matter what your age we are sure you will enjoy yourselves!
To complete the second series you will enjoy a scenic 3 miles walk around the loch along the purpose built paths. Access can be gained to the Meadows from the main car park at Lochore or from the west access car park near Kelty. The purpose built paths are buggy and wheelchair friendly but please be careful underfoot when walking off the main paths.
Within the caches we have placed some crime prevention information for your perusual and we encourage you to help yourself to these.
We have also placed Popo Pete, our Community Travel Bug, in this cache. His aim is to travel the world and have as many pictures taken with Police Officers or outside Police Stations. We hope you can assist Popo Pete in his travels!
