Geocache Description:

Welcome to our Freaky Things series. These caches a placed along the Apollo Bay Foreshore walk, starting at the Surf Club and ending at Wild Dog Road. It’s a 2.5km walk along the beautiful Apollo Bay.

Grasshoppers are probably the oldest living group of chewing herbivorous insects, dating back to the early Triassic period around 250 million years ago. Grasshoppers are typically ground-dwelling insects with powerful hind legs which enable them to escape from threats by leaping vigorously. They become a little freaky when in plague proportions and can cause untold damage in farming areas.

You’re looking for a small tube. Please conceal the cache well after logging as it is a high muggle area.
