Parque México also known by its official name of Parque General San Martín is a partk in Mexico City, located in the area of Hipódromo Condesa. It is known as Parque Mexico because of its closeeness to Avenida México. It is known for its architecture and art deco decoration. It was constructed in 1927 over the center of the racing track of the Jockey Club of Mexico as a central site in the new neighborhood. It is a typical meeting place and place of relaxation in Condesa. It is surrounded by Calle Amsterdam, which actually follows the original race track

El Parque México, también conocido por su nombre oficial Parque General San Martín, es un parque de la Ciudad de México, ubicado en la colonia Hipódromo Condesa. Se le conoce así por su cercanía con Avenida México. Es reconocido por su arquitectura y decoración art deco. Fue construido en 1927 sobre el trazo de la pista de carreras de caballos del Jockey Club de México como sitio central de la nueva colonia. Funciona como sitio de encuentro, reunión y esparcimiento dentro de la colonia Condesa. La Calle Amsterdam, lo cual envuelve el parque es el sitio original de la pista del hippodromo.
