Have decided to Archive this Helensville Riverside Walk Series.
I now live too far away to keep an eye on all the caches.

I really love all the improvements here....the new railings , and the information boards with QR codes for even more info!

Have now removed the cache.

Geocache Description:

Another spot on the lovely riverside walk .

What is this !    A gate ,,,then a fence behind it ! 

And what looks like a haunted house behind that ! 

This building you can see from gz is of course the derelict and abandoned Kaipara Dairy Factory .

It was once the hub of a bustling town in the 1900s ...but was closed down in the 1980s. 

It is deemed dangerous under the Building Act of 2004 .

The residents and the Rodney District Council want it gone ....It has been attracting vandalism and graffiti ....The owners have put up a fence ...but that is about it . 

It is a great eyesore , and affects the surrounding businesses...Watch this Space ! 

Screw top camoed container .... RHS of gate . Nested low....please recover with cabbage tree leaves!
