The hall has parking space for about 20 cars and there are bus links (X32 and 32A, one of each per hour) to/from Didcot station for anyone travelling by train. There is additional, on-street, parking in the village as well. Proceedings will begin late morning and go on until about half past three. There will be several new caches nearby published on the day of the event. The planned timetable is:
11:30 doors open
12:00 bring-and-share lunch
14:30 raffle
15:30 close
The hall has tea and coffee making facilities and we will have hot soup too, if the weather warrants it. The idea for lunch is that everyone brings something for the table and we share between us all. It would help if you could mention what you plan to bring in your 'Will attend' log.
There is a fee for hiring the hall so we are holding a raffle to help towards the costs. If anyone would like to bring a prize for the raffle then that would be very much appreciated.
As a variation this year, we hope to publish caches from popular series, either national or local. It would help our planning if you could take the following survey HERE to indicate which series you like. The results will be revealed on the day.
We have created a special souvenir again for those who attend the event this year. It won't appear in the souvenirs tab of your profile but you can add it manually to your public profile should you so wish.
