This cache is not located at the published coordinates. The coordinates will bring you to the old Telephone Exchange where you need to get some numbers to get the missing digits of the coordinates where the cache is located.
The old Telephone Exchange Building is located at the intersection of Jalan Gereja (Church Street during the colonial era) and Jalan Raja Chulan (Weld Road during the colonial) near Bukit Nanas which was built in 1928. At present, the building is used as a telecommunications museum which showcase the history of telecommunications especially in Malaysia.
The building has two very different faces. The facade fronting on to Jalan Gereja has classic Greek or Roman style columns (eight of them), while the facade fronting on to Jalan Raja Chulan is almost central European in appearance with an archway leading into the central courtyard. From the air, the building is said to be shaped like the letter G - it is not clear to me what the G stands for, if anything. This museum is a must for students of telecommunications.
Now back to Suparman
He was having a stroll along Weld Road when he stumbled upon this neoclassical building. The facade facing Weld Road is Central European with the facade facing Church Street is Greeco-Roman. Suddenly, his super duper sensitive feelings sense distress from Bukit Nanas. So he quickly looked around for a place to change before flying of to do his duties. Once in front of the closet, he realised that the door could not be opened.
Rolling up his eyes and holding his face with both hands, he shouted in agony. Suddenly he saw numbers on the maroon coloured plaque to the left of the entrance. The top set is ABCD, middle set EFG and bottom set is HIJK.
