Geocache Description:

This is an ode to an old cache that was previously in this area 'Stone Crazy' GC31FE - I was really sad when this one disappeared, 10 year plus caches are quite rare these days, but this area definately needs a cache so this is an ode to some lost SA geo history.

To access this cache you will need to park at the main car park and walk down through the trail and around the various pieces of art work.  This is certainly an area of spectacular views of the Barossa Valley as well as unusual art work that is just waiting for you to photograph.

Mengler's Hill, is a hill in the Barossa Ranges, and one of the most popular lookouts in the Barossa Valley. The hill was named after an early vine grower in the area, thus the apostrophe signifying ownership, and features the Barossa sculpture park at the base of the lookout area.

Go ahead and try to find your favourites, there is a plaque with the names of each statue.  My favourite is personally 'Persephonie'.
