KacheKook Tribute: Reaching 1000 finds Traditional Cache

This is a tribute cache for accomplishing 1000 finds. KacheKook has been a member since 11/5/2016 and found his 1000 cache on 9/2/2017. He currently owns 24 caches. KacheKook (Paul) and I have done some caching together on several occasions and we usually spend the whole day.

I took Paul to his first Mega Event (Berkshire #6) on 7/22/2017. We found 44 caches on our first day of traveling.

Paul is very tech oriented and has numerous devices to accomplish his goal for the day.

It's always a pleasure to geocache with Paul and looking forward to continue our friendship.

This cache will take you to a nice little nature preserve along Rt 89 in Romulus. I have driven by this area on several of our trips to Ithaca to cache the Black Diamond trail. It is a nice area to place your kayak or canoe into the lake. I'm surprised this area doesn't already have a cache. This cache is my first kid friendly and has numerous items for the kids. The items are theme based on 2 of KacheKook's favorite things. (Nascar & Football)
