The cache is a camo PET preform, and the hint should make it very easy to find.
If you've come from Slaaihoek Pass, then continue south with this road to Vygeboom Dam, and the Barberton/Badplaas road. If you're heading north, keep going, you're close to the eastern end of Slaaihoek Pass.
