Geocache Description:

Fear of mirrors is known by several names: Catoptrophobia, spectrophobia, and Eisoptrophobia. The word Catoptrophobia originates from Greek Catropto or katoptron (mirrors) and phobos (fear).

Cache placed with the permission of Ramsey County Parks on a three-month lease. Ramsey County Ordnance Chapter II.A.1: Parks shall be open to the public during that period of time thirty (30) minutes before sunrise to thirty (30) minutes after sunset. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in a park at any other time without a use permit, except when the park area or facility hours are otherwise designated by the Director, or the park area or facility is being used as part of an authorized Department program.
