Geocache Description:

Astraphobia, also known as astrapophobia, brontophobia, keraunophobia, or tonitrophobia is an abnormal fear of thunder and lightning, a type of specific phobia. It is a treatable phobia that both humans and animals can develop.

Cache placed with the permission of Ramsey County Parks on a three-month lease. Ramsey County Ordnance Chapter II.A.1: Parks shall be open to the public during that period of time thirty (30) minutes before sunrise to thirty (30) minutes after sunset. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in a park at any other time without a use permit, except when the park area or facility hours are otherwise designated by the Director, or the park area or facility is being used as part of an authorized Department program.
