The best route to the cache is through the Village Cemetery, which is behind and beside the church. This cemetery has been in use since 1811 and is still in use today. There are several gravestones placed therein for people who are still living. This cache may not be winter friendly.
Cache contains an unactivated geocoin for the FTF. Swag includes: a spinner, a matchbox car, crayons, a crocheted cross, the Gospel of John in modern English.

I am changing the name of the cache to indicate that it is a TB hotel. It has 2 TB's in it now, and so far when people take more than one out, they usually put one or more back in. I will try to keep it stocked, as I know how frustrating it is to go to a "TB Hotel" and find no trackables there.
