Webb Center is the intersection of Horse Creek Lane, and Kohler’s Ford Lane in the Clark County Forest.
Both lanes are open to all vehicle traffic including horses and ATVs. The forest lanes were built by the CCC out of Camp Globe. Prior to the fire lanes, the forest would burn over every few years.
