During his travels through Culpeper, Signal the Frog decided to stop in at the Southgate Shopping Center for some groceries and lunch (Pizza, his favoriate food). He coudln't resist but to place a cache!
Southgate Shopping Center is the place providing those more out of the way merchants like a traditional grocery store, a marshal arts place, pizza takeout, and an out of business electronics shop. While forgotten by many residents of Culpeper in deference to the North side of Town, where one finds today's "everything stores" and chain restaurants, this more quiet shopping center provides a perfect place for a cache!
The cache is a straightforward hide which should not present a challenge to Geocachers of any experience level. Raised the difficulty slightly due to needing some stealth.
