Geocache Description:

Falls of Clyde is a beautiful nature reserve. A couple of years ago Scottish Wildlife Trust wanted to make a family trail so they had a local artist carve a badger one of the trees. It is like a sculpture but inside the tree.
This Geocache will lead Geocachers to this badger-sculpture and near it they will find the cache

The reason to put the cache here is to help people find the sculpture of a badger carved into a tree. You cannot see the sculpture from the path and there is no sign or similar leading to it.
The container is a small, round container only containing a notebook. There is a pencil in the container.
It is easy to get to GZ. You start out by walking from the World Herritage site, New Lanark, and you follow the path to Corra Linn, the highest waterfall in the park. The cache is hidden a little further up the path, but people are not in danger when they leave the path to find the scultpure and the cache - it was meant for people to see. It takes about 30 minutes to go to GZ from New Lanark.
