An easy park and (short walk and) grab. Hint is in the title and background image but if you need another one, see the "Additional Hints".
I happened to come across this nice little park in Jericho recently. One of the rare parks in the area that didn't seem to have a cache. So I thought I'd take care of that and place one here. The park seems to be open 24 hours a day. Apparently no dogs (or other animals) are allowed.
If you enjoy logging benchmarks, you should be able to spot KU2956, the Jericho Water District Tank nearby.
As indicated at the entrance to this attractive park, the field here is dedicated to Marine 1st Lieutenant Matthew D. Lynch, who died in October, 2004 at age 25 in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. A Jericho resident, he was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, California.
Cache is a nano - You'll need tweezers or some other tool to extract the logsheet.
Congrats to Bigedyben on FTF and his impressive continuing monthly FTF streak!
