Geocache Description:

Lingham Lake can be considered a bit of paradise right here in southern Ontario.

And it is home to 2 great oldie caches, Bushwacker from December 2001 and Lingham from August 2003.
A group of us came here on September 23, 2017 Swedding to the Oldies, and these 2 caches were our main target.
While we were here, we decided to help future cachers find these oldies, by placing some caches to form a bit of a trail.
The trail of caches leading to Bushwacker is a bit more pronounced. We placed 9 caches there. Unfortunately we ran out of time at Lingham, and only placed 2 there. Hopefully these 11 trail caches will add a bit of extra fun to your adventure.

We came here by canoe & kayak.
That is just one of many ways to get here.
Others have come in the winter months and hiked.
Others have used ATVs.
It doesn’t matter how you get here, the point is you have to come.
And enjoy the beauty that surrounds you on this gorgeous lake completely void of any cottages.

If you are paddling, as we did, we recommend coming in from the north.
Here are some key coordinates to help you find your way.

Directions to parking:
