This cache is a little bit of a twist on the painted rock movement. The cache contains small painted rocks - some painted by me, some donated, and some I've found over the past few months.
Your mission is simple - find the cache (novel idea, isn't it?). This will be incredibly easy, as the cache is an ammo can right outside my front door (#1430). The cache is (of course) placed with permission and the neighbors have been informed of its existence. And don't worry, I'm not one of those people who tries to "catch" people finding a cache so you don't have to be anxious about the awkward moment when you're bent over signing a log and suddenly there's someone beside you. That being said, feel free to knock on the door and say hi if you wish to do so. I promise that if I don't answer, it's likely because I'm not home.... I'm not ignoring you. Probably.
Take a rock from the cache! You can either keep it for yourself or rehide it somewhere else to share the happiness. This is optional, of course. I ask that you limit it to one rock per person in your caching party. More rocks will be added over time; some will be seasonal, some meant for the inner child in all of us, some sentimental, some inspirational, and some that are just silly.
Parking: Your best bet is to park on the street, as the lots are decal controlled. However, if the space marked "1430" in the lot is empty, you may park there as it is reserved for my visitors.
SWAG: Please do not leave SWAG in this cache, as it may make it more difficult to see the rocks (trackables are fine!). I'll have a baggie of my new pathtags in the cache (feel free to grab one) and you can leave your own pathtag/geocoin in the same bag.
First to Find gets an unactivated FTF trackable.
